The Seaside Lille + basic Cradle Bed is the best first bed for your child, designed to meet your baby's sleeping needs, from birth to 9 years old. From classic crib to junior bed, the Lille+ basic can be configured in five different bed versions at no extra cost – a bed with a long lifespan.
The Seaside Lille + Basic covers the first few years of needing a crib with features such as being able to raise or lower the bottom and easily removable bars. The bed is designed to grow with the child and can be quickly converted from a crib to a junior bed - with or without the safety bar. As the child grows and develops, the bed can be adapted to accommodate both the child's growth and needs. With the purchase of a conversion kit, the bed can be transformed either into a low loft bed, where the child under the sleeping area can have a space to play, or into a low bunk bed, if two beds are required.
When families grow from one child to two, the Lille + Basic can also be supplemented with a Lille + Sibling Kit. This kit contains additional parts to build a crib for the youngest and a junior bed for the oldest, all at the same time. When the child grows up and it is no longer possible to use any of the Lille + beds, the simple and classic design easily converts into a sofa that the whole family can continue to enjoy. Lille+ beds are smaller in width and length than regular beds in the Seaside Collection and are ideal for small children's rooms. You can purchase Oeko-Tex certified cold foam mattresses in similar dimensions.
